James Patterson and Maxine Paetro has done it again. The eighth Women’s Murder Club book is just as good as the first seven. I haven’t sat down and devoured a book so quickly since I read the first book in the series (1st to Die). It is an absolutely wonderful book. The new book of course is The 8th Confession. I said of course because if you are a fan of the series you know that all eight books have a number in the title starting with 1 thru 8. Now before I give you a rundown of the book, just from the book jacket of course, I am going to try to list the previous titles for those of you have have never read the series.
1st to Die (with Andrew Gross)
2nd Chance (with Andrew Gross)
3rd Degree (with Maxine Paetro)
4th of July (with Maxine Paetro)
The 5th Horseman (with Maxine Paetro)
The 6th Target (with Maxine Paetro)
7th Heaven (with Maxine Paetro)
Instead of going by the book jacket, I will tell that this book is filled with twist and turns and it will leave you guessing until the end. If you are a fan of mystery you will love this book. Go out and buy or check it out at the library it is definitely worth the time and effort.
